Steam the potatoes and cauliflower for 20-25 minutes until soft enough to mash.
Put the cauliflower into a food processor, and the mashed potatoes into a bowl.
Add the olive oil and goat cheese into the food processor and puree until smooth.
Mash the potatoes until light and fluffy and add in the cauliflower goat cheese mixture.
Season well with salt and pepper. Serve with crushed up bacon bits and chives or melt some Parmesan cheese on top. Serve
