So I found through Foodie Blog Roll a sister company of theirs called Better Recipes. They have different monthly recipe contests where you can win money, vacations, or get featured in a magazine. All of these seem like wins to me right? The contest in question this month is for a really good slow cooker recipe, and of course I decided to go with my braised pork, apple, and kale stew. We are in to the second week of competition, and I am sitting at #7 out of about 50 entries. I want to do better than that! I want to win! I’m hoping my fellow readers can do me a huge favor and vote for my dish? I highly recommend you try it too and I think you will agree it is a winning recipe. Of course I would think that right? I wouldn’ think my recipe is horrible!
